To receive payments on Design Market, please follow the instructions below:
1. Click on "Manage My Shop" in the "My Account" page and navigate to the "My Wallet" section.
2. If you are receiving payment for the first time, you will need to complete the "Financial Verification" process to ensure that the banking information you provide is accurate and valid. To complete this verification, you will need to provide three documents: (1) Proof of ID, (2) Your PayPal account page, and (3) Your Supplier Profile, which can be downloaded from the "Download Form" section.

3. Upload your proof of ID, PayPal account page, and supplier profile by clicking on "Upload File". The verification process takes about a week. Once your information has been verified, you will be able to withdraw your funds.
4. Once your financial verification is complete (which usually takes a week), you can view your overall income on Design Market. Keep in mind that revenue amounts are pre-tax sales after deducting commission fees. To withdraw your earnings, simply enter the desired amount and click "Apply Withdrawal".

5. Next, you can view the withdrawal amounts you have applied for in the "Applying" section. Once the application is confirmed, we will process your withdrawal as soon as possible.
6. You can view your transaction history below to check the status of any completed or pending withdrawal applications.
*Please note:
- If you are based in Taiwan, FLUX will pay your sales profit via bank transfer. If you are located in a different country, FLUX will pay your sales profit through PayPal.
- You can withdraw your earnings at any time. Monthly settlements will be made on the 30th of the following month and processed within three working days.
