Previously, the "Advanced Information" section on the listing page included basic details such as "Categories", "Sections", "Compatible Machines", "Item Size", "Difficulty", and "Production Time." While these details are important, we wanted to go a step further in assisting buyers and sellers alike.
With our new feature, we have added two additional sections to the Advanced Information: "Techniques" and "Materials." These additions aim to provide buyers with a comprehensive understanding of how to use the laser design and which materials are suitable for its production.
Let's take a closer look at each of these sections:

Techniques: This section allows you to specify how buyers should utilize your laser design after purchasing the file. You can choose from a range of techniques including Engraving, Cutting, Assembling, and Printing. By providing this information, you can guide buyers on the intended use and application of your design.

Materials: Here, you can indicate the materials that buyers should utilize when producing your laser design into a physical product. We have provided a wide selection of materials to choose from, including Wood, Acrylic, Leather, Cardboard, Bamboo, Fabric, Rubber, Anodized Metal, Glass, Cement, Stone, Stainless Steel, PU (Heat Transfer Vinyl), PVC (Heat Transfer Vinyl), and PVC Sticker. The available materials will be based on the techniques you have selected, ensuring accurate compatibility information for buyers.
Please note that currently, this feature is only visible to sellers as we are collecting data and feedback to optimize its functionality. However, in the near future, customers will be able to filter design files based on their desired techniques and available materials. This will enable them to discover laser designs that perfectly align with their needs, empowering them to make laser design purchases with confidence.
Accurate categorization of the techniques and materials used in your laser designs is not only beneficial for buyers but also helps us promote your products to the right target audience through our EDM and social media channels. By filling out the Advanced Information correctly while listing your new products on Design Market and updating existing ones, you contribute to improving our platform and creating a marketplace that brings more sales and loyal customers.
